Assessment

I found this article and although it is not strictly for music I feel it is something music teachers can use.  It discusses the use of interactive rubrics where the students will scan and download their rubric for their assignment.  The downloaded rubric then has links to tutorials on how to do the assignment or explains in more detail certain aspects of the assignment. I found this quite interesting.

Rhythm App

This article discusses and describes an app known as Rhythm Cat.  This app helps students with sight reading by turning it into a game.  I found it very interesting and will be looking into this app to see if it is something I can use with my students.
